EXTERIOR TRANSFORMATION
Our client approached us with their innovative design to transform the front of their home using a combination of composite slatted cladding, galvanised guttering, K-Rend and aluminium windows. Using these materials alongside a range of exterior lighting, the front of the property looks equally stunning both day and night.

CONTEMPORARY BALCONY
These types of projects don't come up very often, so it was a great honour to be asked to create this architectural glazing design for our client. The construction process started with installing pad footings to support this impressive balcony, then the steel structure was galvanised to prevent corrosion, which adds a modern feel to the home. A frameless glass balustrade system was adopted to create a minimal contemporary finish, allowing light to pass through and to not spoil the view. Finally, an IPE deck was installed, as this wood is extremely hard wearing and a great choice for any external project. This will eventually weather to a silver/grey colour, tonally matching the house and the balcony. We thoroughly enjoyed this project and it was fantastic to get stuck into something different.

GROUND FLOOR RE-MODEL
We were asked to convert our client's ground floor to give their family a larger space for every day life. We did this by creating a large open plan kitchen/diner with a side extension, featuring a dramatic vaulted ceiling and impressive 6.5m aluminium bi-fold door to maximise their view. The original kitchen was transformed into a utility room, we extended the existing porch as well as a partial garage conversion, which is now a study. Inside their living room we removed the chimney breast to create more useable space, for the client's growing family.
